Through Strategic Clarity Workshops, I guide people through a structured visual process that untangles complexity, surfaces priorities and turns ideas into confident decisions and practical action. Whether working with leadership teams navigating change or individuals at a career or business crossroads, my goal is always the same: to help people step back from the day-to-day, see the bigger picture and move forward with purpose.

Drawing on more than 20 years' experience helping organisations navigate complexity, make strategic decisions and deliver change, I combine proven decision-making frameworks with practical visual thinking tools that make thinking visible. By getting ideas out of people's heads and onto the board, we can challenge assumptions, identify what really matters and make better decisions together.

After a career working across strategic change, process optimisation, operating model design and business transformation, I founded Consult Knightley to give leaders and teams something that is increasingly rare: dedicated time to think. Every workshop is practical, highly interactive and tailored to the people in the room, helping participants cut through complexity, align around priorities and leave with clear decisions, practical actions and a focused 90-day plan.
